Acoustic Ladyland are a London based jazz band consisting of Pete Wareham on vocals, tenor and baritone saxophone, Seb Rochford on drums, Tom Cawley on piano and Ruth Goller on bass guitar. Tom Herbert played bass on their first 3 albums. They are part of the F-IRE Collective.
Their first two albums were released on Babel Label. Skinny Grin was released on V2 Records in November 2006. Winners of BBC Jazz Award for best group 2005. Last Chance Disco was the Jazzwise album of the year in 2005.
The Mercury Prize-nominated Polar
Bear is led by Seb Rochford, and features fellow Acoustic Ladyland
members Pete Wareham and Tom Herbert. Seb Rochford also leads
