Skuta were a Bolton five-piece playing gigs in the late 1990s. The Bolton Evening News described them as "the royal family dressed up as Oasis".

Notable songs included "When We Were Young", "Old Geezer", "621", "Rest", "Lamb Stew", and "Margot Maniacs and The Plate Incident".

The band split due to musical differences, having only produced one recording, the EP When We Were Young.
