Zachary Sebastian Rex James Foley (9 December 1970 - 2 January 2002) was the bassist in the late 1980s and early 1990s band EMF.

Foley died due to an overdose of heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, barbiturates and alcohol. He was aged 31. The remaining members of EMF played just 4 more gigs in late 2002, before deciding to split up for the final time.
